I have had the most wonderful grandma doulas in my trainings, and I am always looking for more! If you have wondered what a second career as a doula might look like, check out an introductory training to see if this might be right for you for this season in your life.

Retirees and pre-grandmas welcome! This role does not require being a parent yourself, but it does require experience with newborns and a deep understanding of what new parents experience when welcoming their new babies.

However if you have a few decades of experience already, you can capitalize on the wisdom you have built raising kids (or grandkids) and caring for people. Being a doula is one of the most rewarding roles you can have, and you can do it as a career! Let us show you how at a CAPPA training, either online (for now) or in person (later this summer).
