A new stat I will be sharing with my families and students in baby care classes. Doesn't it make you feel better? Add to that back sleeping and room sharing, and you have a recipe for the lowest risk rates possible. (There are more things you can do too, but these are the biggest risk reducers.)

Thankful for research that gives parents all the options, all the information, and the opportunity to make a fully informed choice about where their baby sleeps, without guilt or having to lie to their HCPs.
