Creating a circle of support for new parents

not designed to do all of this alone abc doula.png

We know how much difference support makes. Doulas exist to support parents, to help create that circle that carries them when they are focusing all their energy on their new baby.

We love supporting single parents by choice. We love being able to take on all the tasks that burden new parents so they aren't overwhelmed when their tiny one arrives.

We also love helping parents who have a partner who travels, works long hours, or has a job that demands a full night's sleep in order for the precision or creative work they need to do. Doulas can make a huge difference when these families welcome their babies and work demands start to pile up.

We also love connecting clients to resources in their community for services that will nurture them, support groups for camaraderie, and ways to build their village of people who can circle the wagons when needed. Because new parents should be the center of those wagons, being protected from all the regular stressors while they meet that sweet baby, building a bond for life as the caregiver to a precious new soul.

Being a doula for those who are caring for infants is the most rewarding job we can imagine.
