Doula Support During Quarantine

We wish we could be saying Good Morning to more families right now, after a restful night full of doula support. With restrictions in place, only a few families and doulas are low risk enough to continue overnight support.

However, doulas are still available, still full of knowledge and ideas for how to manage newborn babies, twins or multiples, and new parent questions. Doulas can show you how to swaddle, bathe, soothe and help your baby get to sleep. We have Zoom, FacetTime, FB or IG video messaging and more.

Don't just put your head down and get through it. If you are struggling, reach out and ask for some support.
